The primary purpose of this position is to provide continuity in the management of the 902d Civil Engineer functions. The employee serves as the Deputy Senior Civil Engineer for the 902 Civil Engineer Squadron, an organization of 258 authorizations, assisting the 902d Squadron Commander with the full scope of responsibility for managing the activities of the organization. Responsibilities 1. Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the organization. 2. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. 3. Makes a periodic, comprehensive assessment and evaluation of program goals/objectives which provide a basis for long-range planning to enhance the organization's management support capabilities. 4.
