Summary WAPA is seeking a Vice President, Procurement to lead a 50-person team, delivering a $250M full-service procurement program. This is a fast-paced, dynamic procurement leadership role that supports keeping the lights on for 40M Americans, across 15 states. We are seeking a strategic, collaborative leader with an extensive background in Federal procurement. For WAPA employees, location is negotiable, limited to their current duty station; all other applicants are restricted to Lakewood, CO.
