Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Collections Team Leader to supervise and motivate a team of collection agents. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, can manage KPIs effectively, and confidently handle escalations while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of collection agents
• Monitor KPIs (quality, attendance, productivity, and performance targets)
• Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to team members
• Handle escalations and resolve client/customer concerns
• Prepare and submit performance reports to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
