Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Production / Repacking Operations
Supervise daily activities across shifts as per production and dispatch plans.
Execute repacking of specialty chemicals into approved pack sizes (cartridges, cans, pails, drums, IBCs, etc.).
Ensure machine readiness, correct settings, and effective utilization of repacking equipment.
Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, and other cross functional team to ensure smooth operations.
2. Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs & work instructions.
Verify product identification, labeling accuracy, batch coding, and packaging integrity.
Maintain complete and accurate batch records and repacking documentation.
Support internal and external audits and closure of audit findings.
