_**Key Responsibilities**:- First 90 days: Staff Accountant responsibilities for up to 10 clients- Interview and assist in the hiring process of Staff Accountants with Client Finance Manager- Train, supervise, and mentor Staff Accountants- Oversee all aspects of the accounting process- Analyze financial statements- Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies- Attend client financial meetings**Required Qualifications**:- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience (restaurant accounting experience highly preferred)- Prior supervisory experience- High English proficiency (both written and verbal)**Strongly Preferred Skills**:- Restaurant experience- Proactive- Highly efficient- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent organizational and time-management- Detail-oriented with a focus on a...
