Responsibilities

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

• Development of continuous project improvement and innovations, including KPI´s creation and monitoring
• Lead a team to provide high-quality service to internal and external customers
• Coach and mentor team members to improve their knowledge, skills, and performance
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to team members to help them achieve their goals
• Ensure that team members follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and smooth operations, including appropriate RAQA requirements
• If appropriate, manage 3rd‑party logistics service provider relationships effectively and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives for warehousing and delivery operations
