Job Summary

Manage 24-hour operation spare parts warehouse for Attractions, construction Facilities, and other equipment/facilities. Provide MRO materials, mechanical and electrical spare parts, and third-party services to end user. Deal with warranty issue and outsourcing repair. Master warehouse management system, especially IBM Maximo system modules, such as Item Master, Inventory, Receiving and Dispatching, Purchasing, Work Orders and Job Plan etc. Lead warehouse operators to manage warehouse, manage inventory and reorder points based on demanding and logistics changes. Dispatching consumables and spare parts to end user or satellite warehouse. Cooperate with QC department to manage critical purchased items. Carry out stock count, manage warehouse own facilities and maintain stock equipment. Manage the Class A chemical warehouse, make job plans and emergency response plans.
