Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Assists in the design, development, construction and testing of developmental equipment, products and assemblies. May take general concepts and rudimentary design parameters and develops/designs equipment, tests, assemblies, etc., to meet engineering requirements. Using basic engineering principles, develops or directs the set-up of test equipment and appropriate tests on new, prototype or experimental units. Analyzes and summarizes results. Makes studies and performs research regarding materials or parts needed for design by use of applicable handbook data and good working knowledge of available catalog and standard purchasable parts/components.
Education And Experience
Typically requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1+ years of directly related experience.
