Job Description

Supervises and coordinates the daily operations. Ensures security and services are rendered according to hospital and department policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

+ Promotes Security department goals by selecting, motivating, and training capable team members.
+ Leads the activities of assigned Security team members by communicating and providing guidance toward achieving department objectives.
+ Supervises, hires, trains, disciplines and evaluates the performance of staff; ensures performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner.
+ Prioritizes, schedules, assigns and monitors work to optimize operational performance.
+ Schedules and trains security staff and administers policies governing physical security of the organization.
+ Tours premises or monitors grounds via surveillance equipment.
