- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of the reports generated by t-patrollers
- Improve and enhance the utilization, processes and best practices of t-patrollers team

- Assign team duties and organize schedules as per the demand
- Provide performance reports on regular basis (weekly/monthly)
