About the Role

About the role:

  • A supervisor’s primary responsibility is to bridge the gap between management and employees while upholding ethical work standards, by leading, guiding, and supporting the team to achieve operational goals. Key duties include hiring, onboarding, and training new employees; assigning daily tasks; monitoring performance; resolving conflicts; enforcing safety policies; and conducting performance evaluations.

  • Analyze and evaluate WIP, output, yield, quality, CCT, CVP, and MCT performance to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide daily production updates and submit accurate, timely reports to support data-driven decision-making.
