We have an immediate need for a Supervisor to join our Precision Optical Assembly Team. In this role, you will report to the manager of Assembly. The Supervisor will support Raytheon ELCAN CORE methodologies and Operating systems (KPI’s); People, Safety, Quality, Schedule and Cost. The Supervisor will be required to have a level of technical competency to apply a required percentage of touch labour on a daily basis.
