- FIFO from Perth or Port Hedland residential role
- Various ongoing projects across the Pilbara
Join our vastly diverse Northwest division, conducting supervisory duties on multiple projects around the Pilbara Region.
THE ROLE
- Day-to-day site supervision
- Manage multiple crews of blaster painters
- Guide the team on productive safe work behaviour
- Set up sites and completions
- Coordinate employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
- Champion compliance with HSEQ requirements
ABOUT YOU
- Blast and Paint background with the ability to oversee other trades
- Polyurea application experience is desired
- White card
- Drivers licence
