Supervisor (Mechanical)

Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate routine inspection of building, equipment and system to identify maintenance needs.

1. Oversees repair and maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

2. Coordinate preventive maintenance activities, HVAC, sewerage treatment plant and fire fighting system by maintenance contractor.

3. Carry put corrective maintenance (CM) and minor repairs, escalating issues beyond scope to superior.

4. Support after hours, maintenance, testing, shutdown or renovation works as required by shift.

5. To monitor and maintain building in good condition.

6. To produce timely and detailed service reports and ensure timely submission of all reports to the management.

7. To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
