About The Role

Reporting to the Superintendent, Maintenance, the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for all mobile maintenance activities in the shop and pit. This position combines the responsibilities for trades, schedule execution, continuous improvement, and staffing to ensure company standards are maintained. The role follows a 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 days off schedule.

To be successful, a candidate must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, effectively coordinate the efforts of others to accomplish objectives, thrive in a fast‑paced environment with minimal direction, and collaborate well with a team. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, passion for technology, and continuous improvement are essential.
