Supervisor, Lab Engineer

Supervisor, Lab Engineer is responsible for overseeing and conducting asphalt and laboratory testing to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. The individual also needs to support continuous improvement to achieve consistent high product quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage laboratory and field-testing activities according to the scheduled program.
• Perform quality control checks on completed works to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Lead and coordinate Assistant Supervisor Lab and Lab Helpers in carrying out testing activities.
• Support testing operations, analyze and process test data, and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Plan and oversee daily laboratory and site testing operations efficiently.
• Ensure the laboratory is maintained in a clean and orderly condition.
