About the Role
Supervisor - Glasgow:
- Supervising internal fit out works on a live school block upgrade project
- Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Liaising closely with the Site Manager, subcontractors, and trades on site
- Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation
- Using computer systems for record keeping and progress updates
- Monitoring health & safety procedures and site compliance
- Ensuring work is completed to programme and quality standards
- Supporting site operations and resolving day-to-day issues as they arise
Requirements:
- Valid SSSTS certificate
- CSCS Gold or Black card
- Previous supervisory experience within construction/internal fit out projects
- Good communication and organisational skills
