Role Overview:
Responsible for supervising flexo printing operators, ensuring consistent quality, machine efficiency, and smooth coordination with production and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of flexo printer operators across shifts.
- Plan daily printing schedules and allocate jobs efficiently.
- Ensure correct 2/4 colour printing setup and shade consistency.
- Approve colour matching and monitor usage of food-grade inks.
- Ensure proper upkeep of polymer plates and anilox rollers.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown handling.
- Monitor ink and consumable inventory and raise timely requisitions.
