Key Responsibilities
Supervise all operational and on-site work to ensure tasks are completed as per plan and quality standards
Coordinate closely with the logistics team for timely movement, delivery, and availability of materials
Act as a liaison between the sales team and operations to ensure smooth order execution
Monitor work progress and report daily/weekly status updates to management
Ensure proper allocation of manpower and resources
Handle scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination of activities across teams
