Supervisor BMS

The BMS Supervisor oversees the critical Building Management Systems (BMS) that includes controls of HVAC, BMSequipment's, alarms, lighting, energy system to ensure optimal efficiency and safety for a hospital environment incompliance with IHHN and/or local bodies codes and safety regulations.

• Planning, executing, and managing the entire BMS projects, including scope definition, budget control, andmeeting milestones.
• Lead, train, and mentor BMS technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, roaster management andensuring a safe work environment.
• Performing diagnostic checks, fault finding, and rectifying issues within BMS equipment and associatedhardware.
• Promptly responding to system alarms and faults, investigating the root causes, and taking appropriateresolution or escalation actions.
