Supervisor, Accounts Payable

Responsible:

• To lead & monitor the Payable team
• To manage the task performing by Finance Assistant
• To involve in the process improvements and projects
• The AP Accountant is the key support contact for the center and local in term of supporting the accounts payable
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchases, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Working closely with ISSC to ensure all vendors and employees payables are being verified and correctly recorded in the books
• Working closely with ISSC to ensure vendors are paid promptly as per the terms
• Responding to vendor enquiries regarding the accounts payable
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
• Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos.
