What will your day‑to‑day look like?

• Supervise daily accessory repair operations in a high‑tech environment.
• Motivate and energize the team to achieve optimal workforce engagement.
• Ensure meeting key performance indicators: health & safety, quality, on‑time delivery, productivity, etc.
• Assist in budget development and management, including hiring.
• Supervise and coordinate shift changes.
• Lead and participate in meetings with other managers.

What do you need to be successful?
