Supermarket Manager

Supermarket Manager (SMM) plays a key role in supporting store operations. Reporting directly to the Store Head, the SMM is expected to deliver fast, friendly, and dependable service to customers. The role includes supervision and support in the front-end (check‑out area), customer service in the selling area, and ensuring process compliance in the back‑end.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing day‑to‑day store operations including front-end, selling area, and back-end functions
• Ensure front-end staff are properly scheduled and check‑out counters are fully manned, especially during peak hours
• Maintain queueing standard of a maximum of 3 customers per check‑out counter
• Ensure POS terminals and payment systems are working properly
