About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Structural Superintendent with a strong background in ship repair and workshop operations. The ideal candidate will oversee structural repair and fabrication activities within the workshop, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with maritime standards.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesFacilitate weekly schedule coordination meetings with all subcontractor foremen to outline requirements of work completion, and other issues as may be required including but not limited to manpower requirements, interference coordination, inspections, and sequence of work. Distribute three-week look ahead schedules and communicate schedule requirements with all subcontractors. Organize the workshop for efficient production flow of materials, sub structures, Tee beams, small panels etc. to feed block construction of the rig and create the project schedules with the Construction Manager.
