About the Role

LOCATION:
Western Canada
JOB PURPOSE:
This position reports to the Director of Field Operations and works directly with our Project Teams. Superintendents are ultimately accountable for managing all daily construction activities on their site. The individual will need to show demonstrated experience in ground-up construction.
DESIRED BACKGROUND:
Minimum of 5+ years of Superintendent level work experience in commercial construction
Must have computer skills and effective typing, verbal, and written communication skills
Have the capacity to learn and become proficient in a variety of technologies
Proficiency in reading and interpreting contract requirements
Willingness to travel out of town is an asset
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
To lead all aspects of site, including safety, field personnel and subtrades
