The Superintendent leads, directs, and coordinates the work of subcontractors and labourers. This leadership position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site on an assigned project, executing field operations safely and in a manner consistent with Company objectives.

Location: Kingston, Ontario. This role may require a Secret‑level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership through the implementation of the Bird Safety Program and monitoring the safety performance of field staff and subcontractors.
• Provide people leadership by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with field staff and subcontractors to promote positive morale.
• Supervise and develop site team members through regular feedback, training, coaching, and timely completion of performance evaluations.
