Superintendent – Maintenance

Salary Range: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 annually

Requirements:

Language: English (spoken and written) and Bilingualism is an asset.

Education: University degree or college equivalent in engineering or related field.

Experience: 7+ years preferred.

Excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the mechanical department in providing site and maintenance services in the most cost-effective manner to support the manufacture of newsprint, while ensuring that these processes adhere to regulations and environmental guidelines.

Maintain the alignment of the mechanical department with the principles and objectives defined in the Results Management Framework, working within the concept of optimizing the overall profitability of the site.

Promote and provide a safe workplace, seek improvements, and support Health and Safety (H&S) program.
