About the Role
Our Client is a leading Shipowning Company based in the North Suburbs of Athens.
For their exponentially growing operations, they are looking for a 'Superintendent Engineer', dedicated to the Containers part of their fleet.
Your Responsibilities:
Direct the technical management of assigned vessels, ensuring peak operational efficiency, full regulatory compliance, and the highest safety standards.
Lead the onboard engineering team with clear guidance, mentorship, and regular performance assessments to maintain strong technical capabilities.
Coordinate closely with shore-based departments to streamline repair schedules, secure spare parts, and resolve technical issues promptly.
Administer budgets related to engineering resources, including spare parts, lubricants, and maintenance supplies, ensuring cost-effective operations.
