About the Role

Responsibilities

Noblis is seeking an undergrad intern with a strong background in physics (quantum mechanics, optics) and mathematics (calculus, linear algebra, probability theory) to work closely alongside our subject matter experts to further our research in this space.

Responsibilities may include:

+ Leveraging a quantum simulator tool to build and validate realistic quantum key distribution (QKD) networks
+ Evaluating cryptographic inventorying tools to enable migration to post-quantum encryption
+ Modeling of quantum optical systems leading to potential experiments
+ Working with single-photon detection systems
+ Research and report on the state-of-the-art in quantum science and technology
+ Contributing technical content to proposals, publications, and presentations
