Sugar Mixer Operator

About the Role
High School Certificate / Technical or Vocational Training in Food Processing or related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Mixer Operator in food & beverage, sugar refining, or related manufacturing industry. Knowledge of food safety standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP). Ability to read and follow production recipes and SOPs. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Physically fit to handle manual lifting, standing for long periods, and working in hot environments.
Tends machine that mixes such ingredients as chocolate liquor, sugar, powdered milk, and cocoa butter preparatory to making sweet chocolate: Weighs and dumps dry ingredients into mixing machine by hand, hydraulic lift, or conveyor equipped with automatic scale
2) Observes meters and turns valves to admit measured amounts of liquids into mixer.
4) Starts mixer.
