Substations - Design Engineer

About the role
Nexus Analytica is seeking a Design Engineer – Substations to support the engineering and delivery of HV/MV substations for giga-scale utility projects. This role is responsible for developing and reviewing substation designs that ensure safe, reliable, and standards-compliant integration of large-scale renewable generation into transmission and distribution networks.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in substation primary design, solid understanding of secondary interfaces, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced EPC or developer environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review engineering deliverables for HV/MV substations associated with large-scale solar PV plants, including single line diagrams, general arrangement layouts, sections, elevations, grounding drawings, and lightning protection layouts.
