Electrical Consultants, Inc. (ECI), a leading power engineering consultant firm, is seeking a motivated individual to join our San Diego or Ontario, CA office as a designer. ECI specializes in engineering services to electric utilities (substation, protection, transmission), alternative energy systems, communication, oil/gas, mining and heavy industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing electrical and physical design work for electrical substations ranging from 12 kV to 500 kV.

Responsibilities

• Perform substation electrical and physical design work and drafting for assigned projects.
• Support other projects as required.
• Resolve AutoCAD software operating issues.
• Establish AutoCAD environments per client requirements.
