As a Counselor, you'll lead dynamic group therapy sessions and be a vital part of our member-centered care teams. You'll work in a mission-driven environment where compassion, integrity, and human connection drive real transformation. Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9am-7pm EST Compensation: $57,000 - $68,000, dependent on licensure, tenure, and experience. Responsibilities Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. Facilitate group discussions using a plug and play approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
