About the Role

Job Description


BESIX Watpac is seeking a Submissions Coordinator to join our Qld, NT & NZ Construction team, responsible for the coordination and administration of end-to-end tender submissions and proposals across projects of varying scale and complexity.

Reporting to a Submissions Manager, the key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Collating and editing submission content in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Preparing final submission documents to tender deadlines.
  • Formatting tender documents in accordance with company branding and internal bid standards.
  • Assisting with the planning and preparation of internal and external bid workshops.
  • Maintaining content and image libraries.
