Subcontracts Coordinator

About the Role
We're looking for an expert negotiator to source a variety of construction related trade contractors for multi-family residential builds throughout Central Canada. The Subcontracts Coordinator works closely with site staff and Project Coordinators to ensure qualified trades are available for new and current construction projects. A successful candidate enjoys seeing projects & professional relationships through to conclusion.
Your contributions to the team:
+ Within a team, administer sub trades contracts for current and future builds.
+ Provide mentorship to other Sub Trade Coordinators in their day-to-day tasks as may be required.
+ Establish and maintain tender processes, report on costs and supports the ongoing improvement of process, workflows, tools, and templates that are utilized amongst the department.
+ Forecast costs for all sub trade work scopes and changes; report on these items weekly and/or monthly.
