Subcontracting Engineer

The Subcontract Engineer is responsible for managing and coordinating subcontractors and subcontract works across Saipem projects ensuring that all contracted work is delivered safely on time and compliant with technical and quality standards with a focus on EPCI Offshore (marine and fleets) execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main interface between internal departments, project management clients and subcontractors.

• Review evaluate and assess subcontractor proposals, technical documentation and work plans to ensure they meet project requirements.

• Conduct cost analysis scenario evaluations and benchmarking of services and materials to be procured.

• Maintain accurate records of contracts, change orders, progress reports and all subcontract documentation.
