Proven experience as a Project Lead within a Stylized 3D Character Art team in a game development environment;

Relevant portfolio with examples of work in the corresponding direction;

Ability to manage and review the quality of the team’s output, ensuring it meets artistic and technical standards;

Skills in mentoring, guiding, and resolving artistic and technical challenges within the project team, as well as providing clear, constructive feedback;

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work in dynamic, creative environments;

Driving projects from setup to success—building strong client communication, taking initiative to optimize workflows, and ensuring smooth, efficient delivery;

Advanced English level (written and spoken) for seamless collaboration and documentation;
