Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Coordinator Lead located in Shaw, Mandaluyong. The Study Coordinator Team Lead provides operational leadership and oversight to the study coordination team, ensuring efficient participant flow, protocol compliance, and data integrity across all clinical trials. This role combines hands-on study coordination with supervisory responsibilities, serving as a bridge between site leadership (Operations Manager & Site Director) and the frontline staff conducting trial activities.
