Studio Operations Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for clients and trades
• Set up and manage project files in ClickUp
• Track and manage logistics for installations
• Organize in-studio events and schedules
• Document daily meeting notes and action items
Requirements:
• At least one year in a related operational role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
