We are looking for a proactive Facility Manager to oversee studio operations, facilities, and infrastructure. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure equipment and systems run smoothly, coordinate with vendors, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage studio operations and faculty/academic requirements.
- Oversee vendor contracts, procurement, invoices, and expense management.
- Plan, schedule, and track facility maintenance (UPS, AC, batteries, and other systems).
- Monitor IT and studio equipment performance.
- Maintain facility documentation, checklists, reports, and audit readiness.
