Studio Design Manager

Spinomenal is a leading game content provider in the iGaming industry, developing high-quality games, innovative mechanics, and immersive player experiences across multiple markets.

With 11 years of expertise and a multidisciplinary studio, we are now seeking an experienced Studio Design Manager to lead the design execution engine of Spinomenal’s game studio. 

This role owns execution quality, team leadership, workflows, and delivery predictability across multiple design disciplines, including Game Design, Sound Design, Marketing Graphic Design, and UX/UI. The focus of the role is scaling quality through structure, standards, and strong people leadership.
