Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties;
Cut lawns using hand, power or riding mower;
Trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls;
Landscape by preparing site, planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes;
Sweep walkways of debris and pick up litter;
Assist with the removal of downed trees or limbs that are posing a danger;
Perform brush clearing and riverbank beautification;
Trim shrubs, pull weeds, rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed;
Perform repairs to asphalt roads and parking lots;
