About the Role
We are seeking a Structural & Thermal Engineer with strong expertise in FEA-based simulation and battery system design . The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in mechanical and thermal modeling , focusing on durability, vibration, and crash performance of battery systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform FEA simulations for structural and thermal analysis of battery systems
- Conduct analysis in areas such as:
- Crash / Crush
- Mechanical shock & vibration
- Durability & structural integrity
- Develop and validate thermal management strategies for Li‑Ion and battery pack systems
- Work with tools like ANSA and ABAQUS for modeling and simulation
- Support design validation and prototype testing of battery systems
