Structural Steel Detailing Project Manager

About Yourself

You should have a minimum of 10 years steel detailing, with 5 of those years within a project management and coordination role. You must be skilled at managing jobs, working within budgets, scheduling staff & managing large teams. You are a deadline driven individual capable of managing several projects concurrently.

You are a leader, highly organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and clients. Project management certification is an asset (PMP, CAPM for example), you have knowledge of AISC & CISC standards, and you are familiar with the Standard Code of Practice for Steel Buildings and Bridges to ensure quality and standards are met. You have experience with modeling, connection design and working on BIM projects.

Experience using Microsoft Office suite is required and experience using Tekla Structures and FabTrol is extremely beneficial.
