About the Role
Our client, Big Steel Sheds, is seeking for Structural Engineers to independently model, detail, and manage steel drafting projects. The role focuses on producing fabrication-ready drawings and coordinating with internal teams and fabrication partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed steel fabrication drawings using Tekla Structures.
- Prepare plans for workshop and site using Tekla and AutoCAD.
- Review architectural and structural drawings for accurate steel detailing.
- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage multiple drafting projects, including end-to-end workflows.
- Generate reports, NC data, shop drawings, and DXF files for fabrication.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company practices.
