Structural Engineering Group Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Group Supervisor to join a leading global EPCM contractor, based out of their Brisbane office, on a major greenfield gold project in the Middle East. This large-scale development includes multiple open pit operations, processing facilities, tailings infrastructure, and associated site infrastructure.
 
In this senior role, you will lead and oversee structural engineering activities across the project lifecycle — from scope definition and cost estimation through to detailed design, supplier review, and constructability. You will provide technical leadership, ensure compliance with engineering standards and procedures, and supervise subcontractors while mentoring a high-performing project team.
 
This is a key leadership position suited to a technically strong Structural Engineer with significant mining & metals project experience and the ability to operate autonomously on complex international projects.
