Job Title: Structural Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Type: 12 months Contract
Compensation: $70.00 - $75.00 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid
Hours: Primarily office work, Tues-Thurs preferred. Weekly or Bi-Weekly site visits; occasional overnights.
System One is currently seeking a Structural Engineer on a 12 month contract position located in Minneapolis, MN.
Structural Engineer Responsibilities:
+ Multi-year hydroelectric facility in Western Wisconsin involving dam reconstruction and upgrades.
+ Heavy structural and reinformed concrete work; work in water with staged installations.
+ Significant regulatory involvement with FERC.
+ Estimated 5-6 year of resource needs.
+ Work with construction manager, ECS Construction and Barr Engineering.
+ Act as on-site technical interface, resolving issues and ensuring quality.
