Structural Engineer

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering with valid license
Masters in Structural Engineering is an advantage
With experience in Real Estate or its equivalent
Principal functions and responsibilities:
Prepares structural design computation and analysis.
Responsible for the signing and sealing of all structural plans as requirement for building permit and other regulatory applications as may be required by law being the authorized and licensed Structural Engineer of the company.
Verify and validate all structural design and computation plans prepared by external Structural Engineers, if any
Conducts regular site inspection of all on-going projects and verifies as to conformity with the approved structural plan
Prepares As-Built Structural plans
Prepares In-Progress, Accomplished and Exception weekly accomplishment reports to review of immediate superior
Willing to render overtime services as needed from time to time
