About the Role
Perform structural analysis and design calculations using relevant engineering software.
Prepare structural drawings, details, and design reports in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities on structural matters.
Review, compile, and specify structural product and material specifications.
Resolve structural design, detailing, and development-related issues.
Provide structural support and advice to production and construction teams.
Advise on structural testing of products and materials and evaluate test results.
Research and develop structural systems, products, and materials.
Prepare and submit structural reports and documentation as requested by the Director.
Manage renewal of structural-related certifications and coordinate third‑party approvals, testing, calibrations, and inspections (e.g. CIDB, SIRIM, IKRAM).
