Structural Engineer in Cornwall

We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established Structural Engineering consultancy in the South West, which is looking to appoint a Structural Engineer to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and insurance‑related work, as well as new‑build developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce structural calculations, drawings, and technical details
• Work on projects from concept through to completion

Projects include

• Residential extensions, loft conversions, and refurbishments
• New build developments (including multi‑million‑pound schemes)
• Insurance‑related structural works (subsidence, fire, flood damage)
• Heritage and traditional buildings alongside modern construction
• Liaise with architects, contractors, and clients
• Attend site visits as required
